My journey of helping women lose fat sustainably didn't start when I became a Registered Dietitian...it started with myself, after I struggled with obesity throughout most of my childhood. At the age of 16, I started a restrictive diet I found in a People magazine - but like with most restrictive diets, it was not sustainable. I gained most of the weight I lost back, and I just knew there had to be another way.
As of today, I have helped countless women lose fat and feel good while doing it! And I'm here to tell you, it's possible for you too!
