That being said, you will receive a seasonal meal guide full of yummy recipes if you need some inspiration!
You can lose weight without tracking by learning: how to build meals to support blood sugar so that your body can burn fat more efficiently AND so that you are less snacky + experience fewer cravings, how to tune into hunger/fullness cues and how to increase metabolism.
